All sales at Kyro are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference — please refer to our size guide before purchasing. In the event that your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, contact us at ky.help@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once your order has been dispatched. By completing a purchase with Kyro, you agree to this policy.
