Shipping policy
All Kyro orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our production partner. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched. After dispatch, please allow 7–14 business days for delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Kyro is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your order has not been updated or shipped within 7 business days of purchase, please contact us at ky.help@hotmail.com.
